The woodworking pros at El Pueblo Woodworking came through for us amazingly with a set of shelves, bookcase boxes, and a cat loft that are both functional and beautiful! My wife and I are Air Force medical professionals who move frequently but want to customize and enjoy our spaces wherever we are. We also have a brother and sister pair of cats who need a space of their own when we’re entertaining or it’s 2am and they don’t need to be waking us up. That’s where the El Pueblo team helped us make a perfect catopia that doubles as some appreciated storage space.We’d searched PetSmart, Amazon and other retailers for ready-made wall mounted options and there are plenty to choose from but most are not the highest quality materials and finishes and none would double as storage. To make the dream a reality my wife thought through what she needed for storage and what would be fun for the cats and used painters tape to plot it out on the wall. I did the measurements and started my search for craftsman in Albuquerque since all of my woodworking tools had been left at a home two Air Force moves ago.I spoke to several woodworkers and was impressed with the creativity and enthusiasm of all of them. What stood out about the El Pueblo team was a deeper discussion about materials, methods and finish that demonstrated their skills and experience matched their enthusiasm. When the estimates came in El Pueblo unsurprisingly wasn’t the lowest cost so we asked if we could see some of their creations. They invited us out to the shop where we were completely impressed with Cameron, Stuart and Dannielle as they all collaborated on important details that would make the project a success.A detailed itemized estimate was provided before we started and when one minor detail deviated from what we thought was the plan they quickly and professionally got us back on the same track. When the project was completed my wife said it was “completely beyond expectations” from what she’d dreamed up when she was scrolling options on her phone. My expectations were that I could rapidly and easily install and remove everything because of our moves every two years and they met all those objectives as well.I can recommend and would to trust El Pueblo Woodworking without hesitation to collaborate with us on any of our woodworking needs. Their attention important details in the finish and functionality of the final product more than justify not being the lowest cost option. Had a great experience working with the folks at El Pueblo. Great communication from start to finish, excellent turnaround time, fair prices. And I ended up with a really great looking outdoor gate to replace an old broken one. I'll call them the next time I need any woodworking done.

Cameron and his team were able to make us solid Maple floating shelves that matched our existing cabinets in the kitchen. Very happy with the quality and look. A little difficult on the installation, so I do recommend having his team install them if you aren't a DIY'er

We are extremely pleased with our custom gate!! Stuart took care of us from start to finish. Beautiful and amazing finished product! Dogs love their window too!

We contacted El Pueblo about a custom bookcase. Stuart came to our house, looked at some pictures of what we wanted, and talked with us about his thoughts and ideas.
